Happy Anniversary, Sarah and John! One year ago today, we helped coordinate a beautiful, and very special, wedding. Sarah has helped with past Stella and Co events and we were so excited to assist with her special day!

This sweet couple was married at The South in Jackson, with the reception immediately following. The details from this wedding were definitely something to remember. From the gorgeous horizontal invitations and the Mississippi Cheese Straws favors, to the Mardi Gras beads and favors from their dogs to yours, the little things created the biggest appeal! One of our favorites was the blue silk flowers from Sarah's mothers wedding bouquet tucked into hers as her "something old" and "something blue". The couple had a special moment to themselves as they did their first look outside on this chilly day in January! Sarah's bridesmaids dresses were the perfect shade of purple (which made their flowers look spectacular!) and John's matching shoelaces were pretty perfect too!

The ceremony took place in front of old iron doors, lanterns with candles, and beautiful arrangements of white hydrangeas and roses by Fresh Cut Floral. After the ceremony, the newlyweds were able to grab a quick bite to eat before being introduced as Mr. and Mrs. Hubler to their friends and family. Along with the guest tables topped with linens that same beautiful shade of purple, the long wooden table with a running spread of flowers looked simply amazing. Their guests enjoyed music, dancing, and a delicious spread of food from Fresh Cut Catering. The brides cake by Cakes by Iris was elegant with texture and flowers, and the grooms cake was a nod to John's favorite superhero (I mean, you've never seen John and The Green Lantern in the same room, right?)

The couple danced, mingled, and truly radiated on their wedding day! As the evening came to an end, the guests grabbed their Mardi Gras beads and confetti cones and lined up outside as Sarah and John made their exit!
